At Marketing With Siraj, we respect your right to privacy and provide you with clear methods to request the deletion of your data from our systems. This policy is provided in compliance with Meta Platform Policies for applications using Meta Login and the WhatsApp Business API.
How to Request Data Deletion
If you would like to delete your account or any personal/business data associated with our Services, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Formal Request via Email
Send a formal data deletion request to our support email at hello@marketingwithsiraj.in.

Step 2: Provide Necessary Details
In your email, please include the following information to help us identify your account:
- Full Name
- Business Name
- Registered Email Address
- WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) ID or Phone Number ID (if applicable)

Step 3: Verification Process
For security reasons, our team will verify your identity before proceeding with the deletion. This may involve a confirmation email or a short verification call.

Step 4: Confirmation of Deletion
Once verified, we will process your request within 7-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been permanently removed from our active databases.
What Happens After Deletion?
Upon processing your request:
- All personal and business profile data will be permanently deleted.
- Your WhatsApp API configuration details will be removed from our system.
- Stored message logs and contact lists associated with your account will be purged.
- Any active subscriptions or service access will be terminated.
Note: Some data may be retained in archived backups for a limited period or as required by legal and financial auditing obligations in India.
