Marketing With Siraj provides a suite of tools and support services for businesses to leverage the WhatsApp Business API, including:

Onboarding support via Meta Embedded Signup.
Integration assistance for WhatsApp Cloud API.
Messaging dashboard, inbox, and template management features.
Webhook setup and API configuration support.

We are an independent service provider. WhatsApp and Meta are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. Our services are built on top of the Meta Platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

To use our Services, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract.
Have the legal authority to represent your business or organization.
Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the onboarding process.
Maintain the security of your account credentials and be responsible for all activities under your account.

3. WhatsApp & Meta Platform Compliance

Your use of our Services is strictly subject to Meta’s policies. You agree to adhere to all terms set forth by Meta, including but not limited to:

Prohibited Conduct: You shall not use the Services to send spam, unsolicited messages, or prohibited content (e.g., illegal products, deceptive marketing). Violation of these policies may lead to immediate termination of service and reporting to Meta.

4. Data Ownership and Privacy

You retain ownership of the data you provide. Our collection and use of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to the processing of data as described therein.

5. Payments and Billing

Services are billed according to your selected plan. WhatsApp conversation charges are determined by Meta and may be passed through to you or billed directly by Meta, depending on your setup. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Service Availability and Modifications

While we strive for 100% uptime, we do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features of the Services at any time, with or without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marketing With Siraj shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business reputation.
